This one year programme will introduce students to a broad range of culinary skills and knowledge and equip students for the requirements of the modern professional kitchen. The one year course will provide students with an understanding and appreciation of the basic principles of general catering and develop skills in the preparation, cooking and service of selected items under supervision. Students will be trained to meet the changing expectations of customers, both national and international, within the hospitality industry.
